This role offers the opportunity to lead employee relations, drive data-led decision-making, and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across international markets. You will help shape our people strategy and support the ongoing transformation of our HR systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and support to managers to build high-performing teams and lead employee relations matters with professionalism and integrity.
  • Analyse HR data to generate insights and inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with global HR and business stakeholders to align initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in HR systems, processes, and employee experience through project groups and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, development, and contribute to evolving a modern, effective HR function.
