A leading housing provider is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support their growing business in Exeter. The role involves recruitment, development, and retention of employees, and requires experience as an HR generalist. Candidates should ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it, with an understanding of employee relations. Lovell is a partnership housing expert and leading provider of innovative residential construction and regeneration developments. Lovell in the South West region is responsible for residential new building housing, offering affordable homes through housing partnerships and open market sales.
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join and support our growing business in the South West, based from our offices in Exeter, with travel throughout the region.
Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment, development, and retention of approximately 50 employees. This is a varied and busy role requiring extensive experience as an HR generalist, with competent employee relations case management and knowledge.
Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it, and have previous experience with MHR iTrent, as we plan to migrate our HR and Payroll systems onto this platform early in 2026. Your previous knowledge would be advantageous.
