A notable HR firm is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead employee recruitment, development, and retention in Exeter. The role requires a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification, strong HR generalist experience, and knowledge of MHR iTrent. A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join and support our growing business in the South West, based from our offices in Exeter, with the requirement to travel throughout the region.
Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment, development, and retention of approximately 50 employees. This is an all-encompassing, varied, and busy role requiring extensive experience as an HR generalist, with competent employee relations case management and knowledge.
Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum, or working towards it, and have previous experience of MHR iTrent, as we will migrate our HR and Payroll onto this platform early in 2026. Your previous knowledge would be advantageous.
