We are currently seeking to fill the position of HR Manager.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and meticulous HR Manager to join the school to oversee providing a high standard of HR support across the entire institution. The HR department supervises personnel matters for 190 staff members, ensuring top talent is recruited, developed, and retained. The department provides HR support to enable the school to deliver outstanding education and support to all members of the Ewell Castle family. Our HR strategy is driven by the school's core values, focusing on staff development.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop HR systems within the school. The successful candidate will have proven experience in school HR administration and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. Meticulous attention to detail and experience with technology supporting HR functions are essential.

The role requires qualities such as high integrity, confidentiality, excellent communication, and organizational skills. The post involves exposure to all transactional HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance development, payroll, absence management, employee support, record keeping, updating the SCR, and employee relations.
