MP Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent HR Manager within a reputable Construction & Property company based in Oxfordshire. This role is perfect for an experienced HR professional who is adept at being the first point of contact for HR queries. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business while providing both strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the HR plans. Your expertise will be crucial in interpreting employment policies and procedures to advise on sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring a balanced approach is maintained at all times.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and skills in the HR industry to impact key areas, including change management, organisational design, and employee engagement. You will also play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring junior team members while supporting line managers across the organisation. To succeed, you will need in-depth experience and understanding of HR policy and processes to ensure legislative compliance throughout the organization, including TUPE transfers and redundancy matters.

  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or HR Officer role, preferably within the construction or property sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and leaders.
  • Demonstrated capability in strategic HR planning and execution of HR initiatives.
  • Thorough understanding of employment policies and procedures, particularly in relation to employee relations.
  • Experience in change management and organisational design practices.
  • Capability to coach and mentor junior HR staff effectively.
  • Expertise in ensuring HR compliance and familiarity with TUPE and redundancy processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in HR management systems and processes.
