Job description

Are you an experienced HR Officer or HR Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your career further?

FIND is working with a large Multi Academy Trust to recruit a new HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function within one of their schools - ensuring full compliance with HR policies relating to schools, employment legislation, and best practices. This is an exciting role that can offer a supportive and collaborative working environment where staff are valued and encouraged to grow.

This role is based on site and is a Term Time only plus 2 weeks role - 41 weeks of the year.

The actual salary for this role is GBP29000 - GBP33500, depending on experience and CIPD level obtained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and guidance to school leadership and staff
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes
  • Oversee employee relations, absence management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure policies and procedures align with employment law and safeguarding standards
The ideal candidate:
  • CIPD Level 3/5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices
  • Experience working in an HR role, ideally within education
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
