Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? We are working with a busy and well-established manufacturing business in Leicester that is seeking a proactive HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled individual who is confident managing all aspects of HR and people management, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the HR function, ensuring best practice across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with senior management to support the business and its employees, providing both strategic input and hands-on HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and development
  • Oversee HR administration processes ensuring compliance and accuracy across all documentation and systems
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Lead on employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Review and update HR policies to reflect current legislation and best practice
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support workforce planning and organisational development
About You
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience as a HR Manager, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR processes, and UK employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organised with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
