A community-focused housing organization in East Kilbride is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR team and shape their people strategy. Responsibilities include compliance with employment law, enhancing staff engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with significant HR management experience and a passion for people development.
