HR Manager — Location: West London | Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing luxury travel business in West London to recruit an experienced HR professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor seeking a step up or an existing HR Manager looking to broaden their impact in a dynamic and people-first environment.

Role

As HR Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of the HR function, acting as both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator. This is a broad generalist position where you\'ll lead on people strategy, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations while ensuring the company\'s values and culture remain at the heart of its success.

  • Developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading recruitment, retention, and talent development initiatives.
  • Overseeing performance management and employee engagement processes.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing pragmatic and solutions-focused advice.
  • Reviewing and maintaining HR policies and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
  • Supporting benefits, payroll, and contractual documentation.
  • Driving wellbeing, inclusion, and cultural initiatives across the business.
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring:
