We are currently looking to hire experienced HR Professionals to join our UK team on a fixed term basis. You will join an experienced team who provide operational support to the UK&I DXC team in relation to a wide variety or projects and HR related cases. You must have previous experience in a similar role and be based in the UK however this role will be remote.

  • Support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, assisting with specific projects and tasks.
  • Advise and coach leaders in HR issues
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the efficient execution of HR services and tasks, including workforce optimisation, talent management, pay, reward and recognition, change management, wellness and belonging etc.
  • Assist in HR policy development and provide guidance to employees.
  • Support HR Operations teams in managing HR cases
  • Address complex employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution.
  • Support HR leaders with special projects and tasks.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on various activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Three or more years of human resources experience
  • Experience working with human resources principles, practices and procedures
  • Experience working with corporate and legal employment-related policies
  • MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
