Job description

Are you looking for a new HR Manager / Business Partner role that will allow you to support and drive the growth and success of the business?

Rutherford Briant Executive has been exclusively engaged to recruit this role, which will support significant growth over the coming years.

The successful candidate will work with the directors, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who has worked in big companies and will be at home in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with key stakeholders to help them implement the business strategy from a people perspective
  2. Provide guidance on people practices such as team structures, succession planning, pay and benefits, etc.
  3. Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for current and future needs
  4. Develop and deliver strategies for L&D, Culture, Recruitment, and Retention
  5. Review and implement HR policies and processes
  6. Provide all-round HR support and guidance


Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Experience within a similar level role
  • Proven background as an HR generalist

The role will be office-based in Central Essex.
