Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with an independent, nationwide services company in Avonmouth, with the appointment of an HR Manager to join their depot team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants the opportunity to shape their position as the organisation grows. You will support employees and managers across all key HR processes, ensuring the business remains compliant, organised, and a great place to work.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the full recruitment and onboarding process, from writing job descriptions to preparing contracts and coordinating inductions.

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations queries, offering guidance to managers and supporting investigations where needed.

  • Help to manage performance processes, including reviews, goal setting, and probation periods.

  • Assist with payroll preparation and administer employee benefits.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with UK employment law.

  • Oversee day-to-day use of HR, payroll, and performance systems.
