Are you an experienced HR Manager seeking a role where you can make a difference?

Do you have experience in developing and shaping an HR function from the ground up?

If so, this could be the role for you! Ashley Kate is supporting our client in central Birmingham as they recruit a new HR Manager. This small business has doubled in size in the last 18 months, with further growth planned. They require an experienced HR Manager to shape and develop their HR function.

The role: Building from their current foundations, the HR Manager will work alongside the SMT and lead HR initiatives. Responsibilities include developing policies and processes, supporting stakeholders, redefining recruitment, and introducing apprenticeship and graduate programs. The role also involves reviewing current processes and developing initiatives around benefits and employee engagement. You should be a strong influencer and relationship builder, eager to add value in a supportive, growing environment.

Candidate requirements: You should be an established HR Manager with experience in developing HR functions, preferably within an SME. You should bring innovative ideas, contribute to long-term HR planning, and influence stakeholders. Experience managing TUPE and CIPD qualification or working towards it are essential.
