Job summary

LTS Resourcing is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Interim HR Manager for a busy Bath site. This leadership role will own all HR activities and act as a trusted business partner to the senior leadership team.

This position offers a broad generalist remit, balancing strategic input with hands-on operational delivery during a 6-month assignment. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, GDPR compliance and HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional capable of leading strategic and operational HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner to Leadership Team.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention.
• Lead Employee Relations including disciplinary, grievances, absence and performance issues.
• Provide expert advice on UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Support organisational change, consultations, restructures and engagement initiatives.
• Manage recruitment campaigns, workforce planning and talent development.
• Produce HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with managers to develop capability and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and company policies.

Day rate: 400 - 450 per day

The Role

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will lead all people-related activities across the site, including:

• Acting as the primary HR Business Partner to the Leadership Team.


• Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention.


• Leading all Employee Relations activity, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.


• Providing expert advice on UK employment law and HR best practice.


• Supporting organisational change, consultations, restructures and employee engagement initiatives.


• Managing recruitment campaigns, workforce planning and talent development.


• Producing HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions.


• Working closely with managers to develop capability, improve performance and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.


• Ensuring full compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and company policies.
