Qualifications

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a broad HR remit.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling complex employee relations cases.
  • Car driver essential; occasional visits to other locations may be required.
  • Excellent communication skills across different areas of the business.

  • Produce HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement.

1to1 Group is seeking a standalone HR Manager for our client near Basingstoke to deliver a comprehensive HR service across the business. You will operate independently to support managers and employees at all levels.

This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility and potential for agile working after probation (2 days per week).
