We’re seeking an experienced Interim HR M&A Consultant for a newly established analytics business in London. This short-term role involves leading HR workstreams across the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to integration.

Responsibilities include assessing people risks, advising on employment law and TUPE, supporting cultural integration, and collaborating with legal, finance, and leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives.

Ideal candidates will have proven HR M&A experience, particularly in carve-outs, start-ups, or high-growth settings, a strong understanding of UK employment law, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently.

This role offers high visibility with senior leadership and the chance to influence the future of a new business. Flexible working arrangements are available, with a preference for candidates based in or able to travel to London.
