Job summary

AWE in Reading offers an HR apprenticeship to support People, Culture and Communications teams, gaining hands-on experience across employee relations, recruitment and development.

Based at Green Park, Reading, the role requires three onsite days per week; applicants must be UK nationals aged 18+ with GCSEs in Maths and English, and must be willing to obtain security clearance. The program combines on-the-job learning with formal training and mentoring to build practical HR skills.

Working pattern Usually based at Green Park, Reading, with an expectation to work onsite three days a week during the apprenticeship.
