NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a Legal Leader specializing in Employment Law to play an integral role in supporting the organization. Job summary
£64,455 - £74,896 per annum (in accordance with 25/26 pay scales, HCAS where applicable)
Acting as the expert for all Employment Law related matters within NHSBT, embedded within the HR team but supporting all parts of the organisation. You will play an integral role in supporting our people to save and improve more lives.

We are looking for a legal leader with exceptional leadership skills as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills, to be able to develop and lead high performing teams, acting as an advocate for change. You will provide leadership on all legal issues, and act as an adviser to the most senior people in the organisation.
Main duties of the jobIn this role you will be the expert point of contact for all Employment Law related matters within NHSBT at all levels within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
