Our Business Team consists of approximately 1,900 people based throughout our global network of offices. As Global HR Lead for the Business Team, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across our global Business Team functions. You will support the Global Head of Talent Management to drive the people agenda, align HR strategy with business goals, and lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and a collaborative culture. This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and agile workforce within a complex, matrixed professional services environment.
