Job description


KeyResponsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day HRoperations, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organisational values
* Manage and optimise theorganisation's HRIS, overseeing onboarding, contract changes, and reporting
* Act as the primary HRcontact, providing sound advice and escalating complex matters
* Liaise with senior stakeholders including the Remuneration Committee, on executive matters
* Maintain and update HRpolicies and employee handbooks in line with UK employment law
* Oversee recruitment andonboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and inclusive experience.
* Promote and implementleadership and development programmes across the organisation
* Provide executive coaching tosenior leaders on organisational development and change
* Support delivery of theorganisation's people and inclusion strategy

What We'reLooking For:
* Proven experience in HRleadership roles, ideally within a regulated or public sector environment
* Strong understanding of UKemployment law, HR systems
* Experience working with or advising a Remuneration Committee
* A collaborative mindset andconfidence working across teams and senior levels
* CIPD Level 5 accredited or above

This isa part-time opportunity offering flexibility, with this being 2 days per week, or over morning/ afternoon and hybrid working. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a pivotal leadership role.
