Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Recruitment and Selection:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, disputes, and grievances, working to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Training and Development:
- Oversee training needs within the organization and design or implement relevant training programs.
- Encourage continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and support managers in evaluating employee performance.
- Develop strategies for employee recognition and career development.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with employment equity and BEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) requirements.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive packages and adherence to budget constraints.
General Admin & IT:
- Oversee Facilities.
- Manage IT & Assets.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, Email & Internet).
- 6 Years' Experience in HR.
Knowledge:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the automotive sector or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations.
