We are urgently seeking an HR interim with strong experience in managing ER case work for a 2-month assignment, running until the end of July.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive ER case management experience, skilled in resolving complex employee relations cases within a unionised environment. Providing generalist HR support as needed, the role involves regular travel to operational sites in the Lincolnshire area, approximately 3 days per week.
This role requires strong technical HR expertise and high interpersonal skills to manage sensitive ER cases effectively and to coach managers through HR processes. Experience with change and transformation initiatives is also desirable. The candidate should be able to work independently while proactively communicating with key stakeholders and colleagues.
Experience working within the public sector or non-profit sector is advantageous, but candidates from the commercial sector with significant unionised background are also welcome.
