Job Description

Our client is seeking a HRIS Manager to drive their HR IT projects.

This role will be to lead initiatives and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HR Processes. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and HR analytics, including Time Management, Payroll and Employee Lifecycle. You must be a highly self-motivated professional with proven experience as a project lead, ready to take ownership and make a tangible impact on an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (Successfactors, UKG, Concur), ensuring it meets the needs of the organization.
  • Manage and optimize HR processes such as Time Management, Payroll, Employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the HRIS is integrated with other systems and processes.
  • Provide training and support for HR colleagues.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in the HR systems.
  • Generate reports, analyze KPIs and provide insights to support HR decision-making.
  • Lead HRIS-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices to continuously improve the system.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in HR IT sector.
  • Strong business knowledge of Time Management, Payroll. Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Successfactors related modules such Employee Central, Learning, Compensation, UKG Dimensions and People Analytics
  • Excellent project management skills. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of global team
