HR Improvement Adviser (8111) | Permanent contract | 22.2 hours per week (Wednesday – Friday) | £34,834 to £36,648 per annum/pro rata | (Grade I) | County Hall, Norwich

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive transformational change in HR processes? We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual who excels in using Microsoft’s Power BI for insightful reporting and Power Automate for seamless process automation.

In this role, you will lead the operational delivery of our HR Governance and Improvement plan, working closely with HR team managers and their teams to develop and embed process improvements that enhance customer service, drive efficiencies, and achieve budget savings. Your expertise in Power BI will be crucial in analysing and interpreting data to identify trends and issues, providing managers with clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

As an HR Adviser – Governance & Improvement, you will champion process improvement through your expertise in MS Power Automate and SharePoint. By streamlining HR processes and implementing sustainable efficiencies, you will ensure our systems are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with organisational goals. Your ability to utilise technology to create system improvements is essential to successfully delivering a first-class continuous improvement service within the challenges of a large, complex public sector organisation.
