About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a critical role in overseeing all HR functions while ensuring compliance with UK immigration regulations related to employee sponsorship, visa applications, and right-to-work checks. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong knowledge of employment law, workforce planning, and talent acquisition in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication skills and team work are a must for this role as well as a flexible and proactive approach to ensure the needs of the business are met.
