An established industry player is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to enhance their Human Resources provision across various directorates. This role focuses on strategic support for the Housing Division, where you will lead complex casework, manage change, and develop policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Interquest have a need for an experienced HR Business Partner with a background of working within a Local government setting. Previous experience within housing would be highly advantageous.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery and development of an excellent Human Resources provision to all directorates within the Council, with a particular focus on strategic HR Business Partner support for the Housing Division.
This role involves being a lead practitioner on complex casework, change management, and policy development within the Human Resources remit.
The HR Business Partner will demonstrate behaviours and competencies to transform the HR service, ensuring it delivers highly effective outcome-focused and proactive support to the directorates and implement all areas of policy development effectively.
