The role involves communicating with clients via calls and emails to advise on and create HR documentation, requiring up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law and HR legislation. Job Purpose and Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, high-performing HR professional to support Croner clients by providing documentation support.

The HR Office Documentation Consultant will create and amend employment contracts and policies for clients.

This position is based at our Hinckley office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Respond to client requests in line with company SLA
  2. Create employment documentation or critique clients' existing documentation to meet their needs, following Croner’s policies and procedures
  3. Provide timely, efficient HR support to clients
  4. Communicate with clients via phone and email, addressing queries appropriately
  5. Meet deadlines and targets
  6. Participate in team meetings as required
  7. Record work using the established systems
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in employment law and/or a human resource role
  • Degree level qualification and CIPD certification preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of employment practices
  • Professional demeanor
  • Confident communication skills, especially when interacting with clients
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel
