• Generate ideas to improve processes, documentation and ways of working across HR Support.
• Support HR change initiatives including employee relations matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Achieved a 2:1 degree in any field (HR or related subject is preferable).

This role is due to start in September 2026 and is based at our Peterborough office.
