About the role:

We are looking for a HR Governance & Vendor Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the effective delivery of key activities within our HR Division. Acting as the initial point of contact for vendor matters, you'll be central to ensuring our operations run smoothly, compliantly, and in line with both NFU Mutual’s policies and regulatory requirements.

In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the HR Division, supporting supplier relationships, tracking compliance, and maintaining key frameworks that underpin how we operate. You’ll take ownership of identifying and managing ongoing and emerging risks, producing insightful governance reports, and supporting the successful delivery of internal audits and regulatory reviews.

About you:

You're a highly organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong coordination skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease, you bring structure and clarity to everything you do. You will have a good understanding of HR processes and regulatory requirements to support with compliance and best practice.

Experience with procurement processes and operational risk frameworks is a must, and your proactive mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn are what truly set you apart.

  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining trusted relationships that drive collaboration and results.
  • The ability to work with data and can translate complex information into clear, insightful management reports that support decision-making.
