As our new Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing operational HR support and expertise in all areas of the employee life cycle. If you are passionate about fostering an engaging and productive work environment, this is the role for you.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our King’s Lynn site (UK), working 5 days a week.

What you will do:

• Act as a central HR contact for the Business Unit, advising on HR policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage employee relations issues end-to-end, including researching, investigating, presenting solutions, and ensuring successful resolution.
• Manage relationships with employees, balancing business and employee interests.
• Participate in and lead HR and payroll procedures and UK employee benefits.
• Lead and facilitate training and development programs; maintain the site learning management system.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, corporate, and group directives.
• Oversee onboarding and off-boarding activities, ensuring follow-up on improvement actions.
• Support the annual performance management process and other HR projects.
• Organize employee Roundtable meetings, ensuring actions are assigned and completed.
• Prepare regular HR reports, maintaining data accuracy for all HRIS systems.
• Support European employees as HRIS Superuser, assisting with system queries and training new HR users.

What you will bring:

• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain effective relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with high employee engagement and the ability to monitor employee sentiment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and act accordingly.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, delivering accurate results and meeting deadlines.
