Job summary

Cottrell Moore Ltd in Watford is seeking an HR Generalist to join the People Team. You will support branches, provide advice via phone and in person, and help shape HR processes as the company grows.

Travel to five sites across London is required; you will partner with managers and the Senior People Business Partner to resolveER issues, implement policies, and drive engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in employee relations.
• CIPD Level 5 certification.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employee relations, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build robust relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use and understand AI tools.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering and process improvement support across branches.
• Manage employee relations issues end-to-end, ensuring policy compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration.
• Design and deliver HR initiatives and maintain HR policies and procedures.
