Job summary

UKNNL is seeking an HR Associate to provide first-line advisory support to employees and line managers within the HR function. You will join a team delivering generalist HR support, handling queries, recruitment and learning & development.

You'll document processes, maintain records in line with GDPR, support recruitment activities from posting to onboarding, and contribute to HR projects while building the HR Support Team to its full potential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within HR.
• Confident in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
• Willingness and determination to learn.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process documentation and transactions per service requirements.
• Organise, maintain and update personnel records in line with GDPR.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and guidance for employees.
• Provide HR metrics from reports to internal customers.
• Support recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Assist in HR processes including absences, rewards, leavers.
• Participate in HR projects and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with governance and risk management in HR.
