We are hiring an HR Generalist to support our EMEA region

With colleagues in 75+ countries, we require an HR function that operates globally. The HR Generalist will report to the Regional HR Manager and help develop our HR practices during a period of growth. The role requires a high work ethic, confidence, independence, and excellent communication skills. The HR team supports colleagues' personal development and maintains high standards across teams.

The role entails the following responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance to team members and managers, setting high expectations.
  • Partner with line managers on employee relations and global policies.
  • Ensure accurate processing of employee changes, joiners, and leavers.
  • Manage benefit programs across EMEA (UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain).
  • Coordinate with finance on payroll and related inquiries.
  • Support the full HR lifecycle including onboarding, benefits, and departures.
  • Automate administrative tasks through critical thinking.
  • Lead the development and integration of our HR system.
  • Act as a system expert and advocate for the HR team.
  • Produce data-driven HR reports.
  • Lead and participate in impactful projects.
  • Support initiatives like diversity and inclusion.
  • Create and maintain global HR policies with local relevance.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills we look for:

  • Strong academic background from high school and university.
  • Relevant HR qualifications and certifications.
  • Practical knowledge of German, UK, and/or French employment laws.
  • Knowledge of other EMEA laws is beneficial.
  • Organized, self-directed problem solver who meets deadlines.
  • Discretion, sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Professional, confident, and committed to confidentiality.
  • Willing to travel up to 4 times a year, including one two-week trip.
