Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver initiatives across the HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
  2. Drive and support global HR projects to support Client to scale robustly.
  3. Oversee the full cycle of recruitment.
  4. Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  5. Support and administer compensation and benefits programs, including insurance, payroll, bonuses, pensions, and leave.
  6. Increase brand awareness on university campuses and build relationships with student organizations and career centers.
  7. Ensure all policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with employment legislation.
  8. Advise and support managers on employee relations cases, ensuring confidentiality and fairness.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR generalist; standalone HR experience is a plus.
  • Expert understanding of UK employment legislation, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in driving HR projects from proposal to delivery.
  • Ability to coach, influence, and challenge managers to follow correct processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
