Job description

Your new company
A leading financial services firm with global offices is looking for a permanent French-speaking HR Generalist to lead the HR for the London, Paris, and Hong Kong offices. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:

  1. Acting as the main point of contact for the three different locations, managing any HR-related queries and issues.
  2. Leading on recruitment for all corporate function roles, including benchmarking salaries depending on location and liaising with agencies on hard-to-fill vacancies.
  3. Managing the HRIS system, supporting the Senior HR team globally on projects and process development.
  4. Processing monthly payroll for circa 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and alignment with relevant tax laws.
  5. Advising senior stakeholders on HR policies, including any ER, absence management, and performance management.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. Fluency in French is essential.
  2. Excellent knowledge of French and UK employment law.
  3. Ability to process payroll and excellent attention to detail.
  4. A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
