A leading software solutions provider is seeking an HR Generalist for a 12-month FTC to provide comprehensive support across core HR processes. Based in Gerrards Cross or Middlesbrough, the role involves managing absence, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations, contributing to a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge and excellent communication skills, with CIPD Level 5 preferred. Purpose
The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive support across core people processes, acting as a key enabler for employees and managers. This role will take ownership of operational HR activities while collaborating with the HR and talent acquisition team, to ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery.
