About the Role:

Reporting directly to the COO, the HR Generalist will play a key role as a strategic partner to management and employees across NI, ROI and GB. You’ll be responsible for the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and teams.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
  • Support development plans, succession strategies, and performance management.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance HRIS and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Champion employee engagement, culture, and learning initiatives.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience with recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required – once every 2/3 weeks within NI/ROI.
