We are currently seeking a Payroll Solutions Expert (x|f|m) for our global payroll COE based in either Goettingen, Aubagne or Royston In this position, you will act as an expert forsupporting the design, specification, delivery and continuous improvement of Payroll Solutions. The team consists of five employees and is looking forward to shaping the future with you.

  • Support to tackle complex payroll solutions issues with an innovative mindset – not only solving immediate problems but also critically assessing and redesigning processes to prevent future challenges
  • Manage relationships with HR third-party vendors, focusing on leveraging these partnerships to bring in new technological solutions and process improvements in payroll management
  • Continuously monitor and optimize solution processes and performance to ensure a stable payroll process, efficient data delivery and improved user experience
  • Assist to rethink conventional practices, applying new strategies, and ensuring that these improvements align with the organization’s standards of excellence
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or data quality issues in coordination with local HR, especially for EMEA
  • Contributes to the research and evaluation of new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs
  • Support and developing new AI, ML, and other Data Science initiatives
  • Play a keyrole in the AI-enabled transformation of Global Payroll Solutions through personal and non-personal channels, and other high visibility projects that drive impact for the Global Payroll Time and Absence COE
  • Help to develop metrics/KPIs to monitor the internal and external service level agreements and track data quality improvements and identify areas needing attention

What will convince us

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar education
  • Experience with HR/payroll application development, support and maintenance, including upgrades, integrations with various applications and vendors
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
  • Good communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Payroll Solution Technology experience – Alight, SAP, Workday would be a plus
  • Ability to design and document specifications based on functional specifications
  • Very good analytical and quality control skills combined with a structured way of working and meeting deadlines
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel (about 10-20%)
