Overview

The HR Executive will support employee administration, recruitment, onboarding, and HR cycle activities while driving data quality and insights to enable workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high standards of HR data quality and generate insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate key HR cycle activities (performance reviews, calibration, talent reviews, development planning).
  • Manage Joiners, Movers, and Leavers processes, including compliance, onboarding, mobility, and exits.
  • Support HR projects and cost tracking in partnership with HRBPs and Finance.
  • Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and GBS HR to deliver seamless recruitment processes.
  • Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices and candidate experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding and Day 1 integration for new hires.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including follow-up on survey outcomes.
  • Assist in the planning, communication, and tracking of leadership and functional training.
  • Contribute to talent branding initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Experience & Skills
  • Solid HR experience managing core HR processes in a multinational, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills (Excel & PowerPoint proficiency).
  • Organised, proactive, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • CIPD qualified/part-qualified (or equivalent) preferred.
