Role Purpose:
This vital site role reports to the site HR Business Partner, supporting the development and deployment of colleague programs across Engagement, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, and the roll-out and embedding of our Employee Value Proposition and UK&I regional strategy.
You will provide HR operational support to our site based manufacturing teams, ensuring all HR activities contribute valuable insights and are aligned to our site people plan and the wider priorities for the site.
