We’re seeking an ambitious and experienced HR Employment Services Manager to lead our resourcing, payroll and system teams. You’ll oversee dedicated teams, providing senior leadership and support.
Our services are re-shaping to ensure that they are resilient, and customer focussed. You will have a real opportunity to shape services in a way that support Oldham’s strategic ambitions. You will operationally lead improvements to systems and processes, develop and support key performance indicators and ensure/develop compliance across the board. There will be opportunity to lead high profile, strategic programmes of work linked to data quality and service provision.
You’ll bring strong leadership, payroll/system knowledge and a track record in payroll, systems or resourcing, and a commitment to providing resilient and customer focused services to Oldham.
