Job description

Are you an HR & Employment Solicitor for locum/temp work?

We have an opportunity for a HR & Employment Solicitor to join a firm in Leeds ASAP on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities:

    Provide clear, practical, and accurate HR and employment law advice to clients by phone or email, in line with agreed service levels (SLAs) and performance targets (KPIs).Quickly refer any potential claims or legal issues to the Legal Claims team.Spot and report any early warning signs of possible claims to the right team without delay.Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to help improve client service.Get involved in business development, such as speaking at webinars, training sessions, or events.

Requirements:

    Qualified Solicitor or Associate Member of the CIPD (minimum Level 5), with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), or equivalent relevant experience in employment law and HR.Previous experience using legal or HR case management software or similar systems.Strong understanding of employment legislation and common HR challenges faced by businesses.Confident using digital tools and systems as part of day-to-day work.Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
