Responsibilities
  • Promote the services of the Station team internally and externally, taking a proactive approach to develop a fee-paying client base.
  • Recognize and explore opportunities for clients to utilize other products offered by rradar, encouraging referrals to the rradarstation online portal.
  • Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to the full client base, identifying opportunities for greater efficiencies.
  • Provide tailored, accurate, and timely advice and support on a full range of Employment Law/HR issues.
  • Ensure smooth client handovers to the Legal teams.
  • Deliver high-quality, caring service in accordance with rradar’s plans and targets.
  • Support business development and marketing activities, including webinars and seminars.
  • Develop the Station's external reputation for excellence in HR/Employment Law.
  • Maintain and develop skills and attributes necessary for high-standard service and professional growth.
  • Share best practices and assist team members in providing effective advice.
  • Identify opportunities for new services and products.
  • Support content creation and participate in service development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and professional standards, including SRA and CIPD requirements.
  • Maintain work standards aligned with quality assurance standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in a busy, fast-paced HR environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR issues.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Qualification as a Solicitor or CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, or QBE.
  • Experience with case management systems.
