Our HR Shared Services team focuses on value creation through enhanced customer service delivery, improved customer satisfaction, and creating capacity within the HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) (e.g. Global Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits etc.) for increased strategic and business focus. We provide internal support for these HR CoEs and the Employee Partner’s focus is to provide Tier 2 support to Franklin Templeton’s employees and leaders in the UK, IOM and Ireland.
This is an Associate-level role within HR Shared Services, providing Tier 2 support to Franklin Templeton employees and leaders in the UK, Ireland, and Isle of Man.
