Job Summary
The EWIS HR Director partners with the Global EWIS Leadership Team to understand Operations goals and develop strategies. The role focuses on increasing organizational effectiveness, leadership, and productivity across four EWIS sites: Papendrecht (Netherlands), Izmir (Turkey), Pune (India), and Langfang (China). The four HR Managers report to the EWIS HR Director.
The Director develops and executes human capital strategies that support growth, innovation, organizational effectiveness, and change management. They also drive corporate initiatives with global sites and communicate how these align with overall business and HR strategies. This position reports directly to the SVP Human Resources for the Civil Business Line.
