Job Summary

The EWIS HR Director partners with the Global EWIS Leadership Team to understand operations goals and set strategies. The role focuses on increasing organizational effectiveness, leadership, and productivity.

The position oversees four EWIS sites: Papendrecht in the Netherlands, Izmir in Turkey, Pune in India, and Langfang in China. Four HR Managers report to the EWIS HR Director.

The EWIS HR Director develops and executes human capital strategies that enable growth, innovation, organizational effectiveness, and change management. They also drive corporate initiatives across global EWIS sites and communicate how these programs align with overall business and HR strategies. This position reports directly to the SVP Human Resources for the Civil Business Line.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with the global EWIS Leadership Team to provide leadership on organizational and people-related strategies, ensuring a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Create and implement HR initiatives tailored to business needs across four EWIS sites.
  • Act as an influential HR advisor and business partner, owning end-to-end execution of HR functions and driving change.
  • Ensure the attraction, development, and retention of high-quality talent at all levels, maintaining a continuous talent pipeline. Workforce planning is essential.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to support HR initiatives aligned with business strategies.
  • Lead cultural change through strategic HR programs, focusing on talent management and development.
  • Present relevant HR metrics and insights to inform business focus and strategy execution.
  • Provide expertise in organizational development, coaching, change management, compensation, employee relations, and more, combining strategic and hands-on approaches.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR Generalist experience in all HR functional areas.
  • Leadership experience and manufacturing environment experience preferred.
  • Periodic international travel support.
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing HR management highly preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS/HRMS preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
