A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Director to join their client's senior leadership team in Redhill. This pivotal role will shape HR strategy across the organisation, driving transformational change and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have proven senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site organisation, strong strategic thinking skills, and be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid working model across two Surrey sites.
