This key position operates within a complex global matrix structure, reporting to both the VP of Manufacturing and the VP of HR. The role focuses on stabilizing the workforce, fostering engagement, and embedding Elanco's people strategy, particularly within a unionized, blue-collar, shift-pattern environment.
