National Grid is hiring a HR Data Governance Manager for our People Function. This position can be based at either The Strand, London or Warwick, UK.

In this exciting role, you will help shape the future of our workforce and empower our people to achieve great performance.
As the Data Governance Manager, you will be at the forefront of establishing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks that ensure the integrity, security, and effective use of HR data across National Grid.

- Competitive Salary: circa £62,000 – £73,000 per annum (dependent on location, capability, and experience).
- Bonus: Up to 15% of your salary for stretch performance.

This role is offered on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.
We are also offering hybrid / flexible working where travel to the office will be as per business need. Base location for this role will be The Strand, London or Warwick, UK.
