HR Data Administrator – Wardle

Six-month Contract

NWF Group are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Administrator to assist in the implementation of a new system.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security and data transfer across various databases, supporting both business operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update data systems and databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Monitor data integrity and clean up erroneous or duplicate entries.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations as needed.
  • Support in the transfer of data between systems.
  • Support by providing timely and accurate data queries.
  • Collaborate with Programme Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient data workflows.
  • Ensure data governance policies, standards, and procedures are adhered to.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Database Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge HR and Payroll systems
  • Proficient in data visualisation/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of data security and data privacy practices.
